Kim Nankivell – Podiatrist
Kim Nankivell discovered her passion for Podiatry when serious lower limb injuries threatened her career as an elite Junior Sprinter. After seeing many different Health Professionals, the most successful treatment for her conditions was found when she visited a Podiatrist. At this point Kim realised that she could combine her interests in sport and helping people as a career. Kim graduated with a Bachelor degree of Podiatry in 1999 and worked for several years in a private Podiatry practice based in Adelaide.
In 2001 Kim purchased a sole practitioner practice based in Naracoorte, South Australia, where she grew up. The business steadily grew and after a few years Kim employed another Podiatrist to assist with the busy clinic. Continued growth saw the addition of Mt Gambier and then multiple clinics in Adelaide, as well as servicing Western Victoria, including Edenhope, Casterton, Coleraine, Hamilton and Portland. Having recently relocated to Barwon Heads, Kim is excited to be joining Bellarine Allied Health Group and looks forward to meeting both existing and new patients. Kim will continue her role as company Director for myPod Podiatry and looks forward to bringing all of the myPod treatment options to Bellarine Allied Health Group.
In her spare time, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband Dylan and children Paige & Violet. Kim enjoys playing hockey and also loves snowboarding and water sports.
